Does PIKSELIS have a mobile app?

The PIKSELIS Android and iOS app is coming soon. You can currently try the PIKSELIS web platform free for 30 days.

What is an ERP system for ecommerce?

ERP is a business management system connecting sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting. In PIKSELIS, an online store order enters a shared workflow where your team sees items, the customer and fulfillment status.

Does PIKSELIS include accounting and inventory modules?

Yes. Inventory covers stock, reservations, transfers and stocktaking. Accounting includes the general ledger, balance sheet and profit and loss statement. Module scope depends on your plan and implementation.

Do I have to replace my existing online store?

You can use the PIKSELIS store or connect an existing channel through a supported integration. PrestaShop, Shopify and Pigu integrations are documented in the help center. Other platform connections and data scope are agreed before implementation.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up and try the platform free for 30 days without a credit card. Registration takes place on Pikselis Business. Your chosen plan and billing are agreed when the paid service is activated.

How much does yearly billing cost?

Pay for a year upfront and only pay for 10 months: Starter €490, Growth €990, Business €1,990 per year, excluding VAT. Cards show the average monthly cost; the annual total is paid in one installment.

What do I get with a 24-month plan?

Pay for 24 months at the price of 19: Starter €931, Growth €1,881, Business €3,781, excluding VAT. The full amount is paid upfront. Cards show the average monthly cost. We also transfer your existing website's information for free; we review your website and agree the data to transfer before starting.

Is the AI assistant included?

Yes, the AI assistant is included in all three plans. Usage allowance depends on the plan. Specific limits and additional usage package prices are agreed before activating the service.

How much does an additional user cost?

An additional user costs €15/month excluding VAT on every plan. You can add an additional user without changing your plan.

Are implementation and data migration included?

With 24-month billing, transferring your existing website's information is free. For other billing periods, migration is quoted separately. Custom implementation, training and special integrations are quoted before work starts. External payment, SMS and other provider fees are not included.

How do I change my plan or cancel?

Contact the team to change your plan or end the service. The effective date, settlement terms and conditions for 12- and 24-month billing are agreed before you order.
