1. BASIC CONCEPTS

1.2 Customer or Data Subject - a natural person (including a representative of a legal person) who uses the Company's services, including website visitors, registered users and users of the business management system.
1.3 E-shop - the Company's online shop at https://www.pikselis.net.
1.4 Business Management System (the "System") - a web-based software (SaaS) developed and maintained by the Company, accessible to Customers via a browser or otherwise, for the management of business processes, data storage and processing.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The Customer consents to the processing of Personal Data by the Company for the purposes set out in this Policy.
2.2 The processing of Data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.
2.3 Principles of Data Processing:

2.4 By using the Company's website, business management system or other services, the Customer confirms that he/she has read this Privacy Policy and agrees to its terms.
2.5 The Policy may be updated from time to time. The new version shall come into force from the date of publication on the website.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1 The following main purposes of the processing of data:

3.2 If the Customer uses a business management system and provides its customers' data to it, the Customer acts as a data controller and the Company as a data processor. In this case, the processing of the data shall only be carried out in accordance with the Customer's instructions and contractual obligations.

4.1 Personal data may be transferred:
To service providers (hosting, payment, email, banking data API integration, etc.);
Law enforcement authorities where required by law;
To third parties in the context of the Customer's orders or integrations with external systems.
4.2 Data shall only be transferred when necessary for the operation of the Services and only to the extent necessary for the performance of a specific function.
5. CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS
The Customer has the following rights:
To know what data is being processed;
To request access to their data;
Request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing;
Opt out of direct marketing;
To transfer his/her data to another controller;
File a complaint with the National Data Protection Inspectorate.
